Common use of Reaffirmation of Lease Terms Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Lease Terms. Tenant and Landlord agree that the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Lease shall remain and continue in full force and effect as amended herein. Each of Landlord and Tenant confirms that it is in compliance with the Lease provisions and the neither Tenant nor Landlord has any defenses, claims or offsets against the other as of the date hereof.
