Common use of Reaffirmation of Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Purchase Agreement. Except as expressly set forth in this First Amendment, neither the Agreement nor any provision thereof has been or is hereby amended. In furtherance of, and without in any manner limiting the foregoing, Buyer and Seller each hereby agree and acknowledge that the Agreement, as amended hereby, remains in full force and effect and is hereby affirmed, confirmed and reaffirmed.

Reaffirmation of Purchase Agreement. Except Buyer and Seller acknowledge and agree that the Purchase Agreement, as expressly set forth in modified by this First Amendment, neither the Agreement nor any provision thereof has been or is hereby amended. In furtherance ofreaffirmed, ratified and confirmed in its entirety, and without in any manner limiting the foregoing, Buyer and Seller each hereby agree and acknowledge that the Agreement, as amended hereby, remains in full force and effect effect. Except as modified by this First Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Purchase Agreement shall remain unchanged. If there is hereby affirmedany conflict between the terms and provisions of the Purchase Agreement and this First Amendment, confirmed the terms and reaffirmedprovisions of this First Amendment shall control and prevail.
