Common use of Reaffirmation of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of the Agreement. Except as amended by this Fifth Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect and the Obligations of the Company shall continue to be secured and guaranteed as therein provided until payment and performance in full of all Obligations.
