Reaffirmations and Release. 1. The Agreement, except as specifically modified hereby, shall remain in full force and effect and Debtor hereby reaffirms the Agreement, as modified by this Amendment, and all collateral and other documents executed and delivered to Agent and the Lenders in connection with the Agreement.
