Reagent Rental. For each Licensed Product sold, placed, leased or transferred by Licensee or an Affiliate of Licensee [***] under a Reagent Rental, Licensee shall pay to Licensor a royalty of [***]. Notwithstanding the foregoing or otherwise, the [***] shall also apply in such instances where a Licensed Product is sold, placed, leased or transferred to an end user as part of a Reagent Rental by a distributor of Licensee or of an Affiliate of Licensee provided that the Licensee or its Affiliate knows or becomes aware of such Reagent Rental by such distributor.
