Common use of REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY ACQUIRED WITH GRANT FUNDS Clause in Contracts

REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY ACQUIRED WITH GRANT FUNDS. (a) All real and personal property, including equipment and supplies, acquired with grant funds shall be used by the grantee only for the purposes for which CalRecycle approved their acquisition for so long as such property is needed for such purposes, regardless of whether the grantee continues to receive grant funds from CalRecycle for such purposes. In no event shall the length of time during which such property, including equipment and supplies, acquired with grant funds, is used for the purpose for which CalRecycle approved its acquisition be less than five (5) years after the end of the grant term, during which time the property, including equipment and supplies, must remain in the State of California.
