Real Estate Reporting Person. Escrow Agent is designated the “real estate reporting person” for purposes of section 6045 of Title 26 of the United States Code and Treasury Regulation 1.6045-4 and any instructions or settlement statement prepared by Escrow Agent shall so provide. Upon the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, Escrow Agent shall file Form 1099 information return and send the statement to Seller as required under the aforementioned statute and regulation.
Real Estate Reporting Person. The Escrow Company is hereby designated the “real estate reporting person” for purposes of Section 6045 of Title 26 of the United States Code and Treasury Regulation 1.6045-4 and any instructions or settlement statement prepared by the Escrow Company shall so provide. Upon the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, the Escrow Company shall file the Form 1099 information return and send the statement to Seller as required under the aforementioned statute and regulation.

Escrow Holder is hereby instructed to comply with all applicable Federal, state and local reporting and withholding requirements relating to the close of this transaction. Escrow Holder is hereby designated the “real estate reporting person” for purposes of Section 6045 of Title 26 of the United States Code and Treasury Regulation 1.6045 4 and any instructions or settlement statement prepared by Escrow Holder shall so provide. Upon the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, Escrow Holder shall, in addition to complying with any applicable state and local requirements, file Form 1099 information return and send the statement to Seller as required under the aforementioned statute and regulation.

Seller's attorneys, Sxxxxxxx Marwell Hxxxxxxxx Xxxxx & Hxxxxx, P.C. is hereby designated the "real estate reporting person" for purposes of Section 6045 of Title 26 of the United States Code and Treasury Regulation 1.6045-4 and any instructions or settlement statement prepared by Seller's attorneys shall so provide. Upon the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, Seller's attorneys shall file a Form 1099 information return and send the statement to Seller as required under the aforementioned statute and regulation.
Real Estate Reporting Person. Closing Attorney is hereby instructed to comply with all applicable Federal, state and local reporting and withholding requirements relating to the close of this transaction. Closing Attorney is hereby designated the “real estate reporting person” for purposes of Section 6045 of Title 26 of the United States Code and Treasury Regulation 1.6045 4 and any instructions or settlement statement prepared by Closing Attorney shall so provide. Upon the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, Closing Attorney shall, in addition to complying with any applicable state and local requirements, file Form 1099 information return and send the statement to Seller if required under the aforementioned statute and regulation.
Real Estate Reporting Person. Escrowee is hereby designated the "real estate reporting person" for purposes of Section 6045 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and Treasury Regulation 1.6045-4 and any instructions or settlement statement prepared by Escrowee shall so provide. Upon the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, Escrowee shall file Form 1099 information return and send the statement to WWP Sponsor as required under the aforementioned statute and regulation. WWP Sponsor and Investor shall promptly furnish their federal tax identification numbers to Escrowee and shall otherwise reasonably cooperate with Escrowee in connection with Escrowee’s duties as real estate reporting person.
