Real Property Disclosure. 11 If CONTRACTOR is occupying any real property under any agreement, oral or 12 written, where persons are to receive services hereunder, CONTRACTOR shall submit the 13 following information in addition to a copy of the lease, license or rental agreement, as well as any 14 other information requested, prior to the provision of services under this Agreement: 15 7.3.1 The location by street address and city of any such real property. 16 7.3.2 The fair market value of any such real property as such value is reflected 17 on the most recently issued County Tax Collector’s tax bill. 18 7.3.3 A detailed description of all existing and pending agreements, with 19 respect to the use or occupation of any such real property.
