Real-Time Communication of Availability. Prior to Initial Synchronization, Seller shall install a telecommunication system and demonstrate to SCE’s reasonable satisfaction that the system interfaces with the Web Client and the GMS to provide SCE with Seller’s Real-Time Availability.
