Common use of Realism Clause in Contracts

Realism. All Schedules prepared by the Buyer must be realistic and cannot contain logic that has been overridden (and thus not identified) by time, sequence, or resource constraints. If constraints exist, the Buyer shall identify them by type of constraint.
