Reallocated Principal Collections. On or before each Transfer Date, the Servicer shall instruct the Trustee and the Paying Agent in writing (which writing shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto) to withdraw from the Principal Account and apply Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Transfer Date in an amount equal to the lesser of the Available Principal Collections and the Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount for the preceding Monthly Period, and apply such amounts on such Transfer Date in accordance with the priority set forth in Section 4.9(a) hereof. On each Transfer Date the Investor Interest shall be reduced by the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections for such Transfer Date.
