Common use of REAPPLICATION Clause in Contracts

REAPPLICATION. If the employment relationship between the Company and Employee is terminated for any reason whatsoever, whether with or without cause, whether by the Employee or by the Company, and if Employee is later re-employed by the Company, this Agreement will be applicable to such re-employment as if there had been no interruption of the employment relationship, without the necessity for the execution of a new Agreement between the parties.
