Reasonable and Necessary. Participant agrees that the Post-Employment Restrictive Covenants set forth in Sections 11, 12 and 13 are reasonable and necessary for the protection of the Company’s legitimate business interest, that they do not impose a greater restraint than is necessary to protect the goodwill or other business interests of the Company, that they contain reasonable limitations as to time and scope of activity to be restrained, that they do not unduly restrict Participant’s ability to earn a living, and that they are not unduly burdensome to Participant.
