Reimbursement of Subrecipient Costs i. The State shall reimburse Subrecipient for the federal share of properly documented allowable costs related to the Work after review and approval thereof, subject to the provisions of §5, this Agreement, and Exhibit A. However, any costs incurred by Subrecipient prior to the Effective Date shall not be reimbursed absent specific allowance of pre-award costs and indication that the Federal Award funding is retroactive. The State shall pay Subrecipient for costs or expenses incurred or performance by the Subrecipient prior to the Effective Date, only if (1) the Grant Funds involve federal funding and (2) federal laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the Work provide for such retroactive payments to the Subrecipient. Any such retroactive payments shall comply with State Fiscal Rules and be made in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Reimbursement of Subrecipient Costs. The State shall reimburse Subrecipient’s allowable costs, not exceeding the maximum total amount described in Exhibit A and §5 for all allowable costs described in this Agreement and shown in the Budget, except that Subrecipient may adjust the amounts between each line item of the Budget without formal modification to this Agreement as long as the Subrecipient provides notice to the State of the change, the change does not modify the total maximum amount of this Agreement or the maximum amount for any state or federal fiscal year, and the change does not modify any requirements of the Work.   • Travel Expense Reimbursement Pricing for services provided under this Contract are exclusive of any travel expenses that may be incurred in the performance of those services. Travel expense reimbursement may include personal vehicle mileage or commercial coach transportation, hotel accommodations, parking and meals; provided, however, the amount of reimbursement by Customers shall not exceed the amounts authorized for state employees as adopted by each Customer; and provided, further, that all reimbursement rates shall not exceed the maximum rates established for state employees under the current State Travel Management Program (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/procurement/prog/stmp/). Travel time may not be included as part of the amounts payable by Customer for any services rendered under this Contract. The DIR administrative fee specified in Section 5 below is not applicable to travel expense reimbursement. Anticipated travel expenses must be pre-approved in writing by Customer.

  • Travel Reimbursement 2.1 The County will only cover costs associated with travel on vendors outside a 50 mile radius from Xxxxxxxxxx County, Texas.

  • Meal Reimbursement When an employee is specifically directed by the City to work two (2) hours or longer at the end of his/her normal work shift of at least eight (8) hours or work two (2) hours or longer at the end of his/her work shift of at least eight (8) hours when he/she is called in to work on his/her regular day off, or otherwise works under circumstances for which meal reimbursement is authorized per Ordinance 111768 and the employee actually purchases a reasonably priced meal away from his place of residence as a result of such additional hours of work, the employee shall be reimbursed for the "reasonable cost" of such meal in accordance with Seattle Municipal Code (SMC) 4.20.

  • Default – Reprocurement Costs In case of Contract breach by Contractor, resulting in termination by the County, the County may procure the goods and/or services from other sources. If the cost for those goods and/or services is higher than under the terms of the existing Contract, Contractor will be responsible for paying the County the difference between the Contract cost and the price paid, and the County may deduct this cost from any unpaid balance due the Contractor. The price paid by the County shall be the prevailing market price at the time such purchase is made. This is in addition to any other remedies available under this Contract and under law.
