Reasonable Discounts Provided Clause Samples
The 'Reasonable Discounts Provided' clause establishes that a party may offer price reductions under certain circumstances deemed reasonable. In practice, this clause typically applies to situations such as bulk purchases, early payments, or promotional events, where the seller has discretion to grant discounts that are fair and justifiable. Its core function is to provide flexibility in pricing while ensuring that any discounts given are not arbitrary, thereby promoting fairness and transparency in commercial transactions.
Reasonable Discounts Provided. This subsection shall not prohibit Grantee from providing a larger discount or offering the discount to other economically or physically challenged Subscribers.
