Reasonable efforts to resolve Dispute. (1) During the 14 day period after a notice is given under clause 11.2 (or longer period agreed in writing by the parties) (Negotiation Period), the parties must use their reasonable efforts to resolve the Dispute. (2) Within the first 7 days of the Negotiation Period, if the Dispute continues, the chief executive officers of the parties and the chief executive officer of the RRC, must meet, and use their reasonable endeavours to resolve the Dispute.
