Common use of Reasonable Intent Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Intent. All interpretations and decisions of the Engineer shall be consistent with the intent of and reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents and will be in writing or in the form of drawings. In his capacity as interpreter and judge, he will endeavor to secure faithful performance and will not be liable for the result of any interpretation or decision rendered in good faith in such capacity.
