Reasonable Restrictive Covenants. You acknowledge that the restrictions contained in this Section 8, in light of the nature of the Company’s business and your position and responsibilities, are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Company. You further acknowledge that the restrictions contained in this Section 8 shall survive the termination of your employment as provided in Section 10.13 (Survival), including your voluntary resignation or retirement, and/or the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
