Reasonable Rules and Regulations. Landlord may make and enforce reasonable rules and regulations consistent with this Lease for the purpose of regulating access, establishing standards and requirements concerning the conduct and operation of business, and promoting safety, order, cleanliness, and good service to the property. Tenant will promptly comply with all such rules and regulations.
