Reasonable Servicing Fee. The Originator acknowledges and agrees that the Servicing Fee, represents reasonable compensation for performing such services and that the entire Servicing Fee shall be treated by the Originator, for accounting and tax purposes, as compensation for the servicing and administration of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to this Agreement and the Servicing Agreement;
