Common use of Reasonable Servicing Fee Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Servicing Fee. The Coxxxxx xcknowledges and agrees that the Servicing Fee represents reasonable compensation for performing such services and that the entire Servicing Fee shall be treated by the Company, for accounting and tax purposes, as compensation for the servicing and administration of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to this Agreement;
