Reassessment of an Authority. An Authority may reassess the other Authority to maintain ongoing status of each Authority’s capability or in the event an Authority issues a suspension or negative determination of an Authority. In the event of a suspension or negative determination, the scope of the reassessment shall relate to the reasons for the suspension or negative determination.
