Reassignment of Defective Home Loans. With respect to all Defective Home Loans or other Home Loans repurchased by the Transferor pursuant to this Agreement, upon the deposit of the Purchase Price therefor into the Collection Account, the Owner Trustee shall assign to the Transferor, without recourse, representation or warranty, all the Owner Trustee's right, title and interest in and to such Defective Home Loans or other Home Loans, which right, title and interest were conveyed to the Owner Trustee pursuant to the Home Loan Purchase Agreement. The Owner Trustee shall take any actions as shall be reasonably requested by the Transferor to effect the repurchase of any such Home Loans.
