Common use of Reassignment of Reacquired Contracts Clause in Contracts

Reassignment of Reacquired Contracts. Upon receipt by the Indenture Trustee for deposit in the Collection Account of the Reacquisition Price as described in Section 7.08 or Section 7.10, and upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing Officer in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G, the Indenture Trustee shall release its lien on and the Trust shall assign to the Seller all of the Trust’s right, title and interest in the reacquired Contract without recourse, representation or warranty, except as to the absence of liens, charges or encumbrances created by or arising as a result of actions of the Trustees.
