Common use of REASSIGNMENT OF REPURCHASED CONTRACTS Clause in Contracts

REASSIGNMENT OF REPURCHASED CONTRACTS. Upon receipt by the Trustee for deposit in the Collection Account of the Repurchase Price as described in Section 8.06 or Section 8.08, and upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing Officer in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT G, the Trustee shall assign to the Seller all of the Trust's right, title and interest in the repurchased Contract without recourse, representation or warranty, except as to the absence of liens, charges or encumbrances created by or arising as a result of actions of the Trustee.

REASSIGNMENT OF REPURCHASED CONTRACTS. Upon receipt by the Indenture Trustee for deposit in the Collection Account of the Repurchase Price as described in Section 8.06 7.08 or Section 8.087.10, and upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing Officer in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT G, the Indenture Trustee shall assign to the Seller all of the Trust's right, title and interest in the repurchased Contract without recourse, representation or warranty, except as to the absence of liens, charges or encumbrances created by or arising as a result of actions of the Trustee.

Upon receipt by the Indenture Trustee for deposit in the Collection Account of the Repurchase Price as described in Section 8.06 7.08 or Section 8.087.10, and upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing Officer in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT G, the Indenture Trustee shall release its lien on and the Trust shall assign to the Seller all of the Trust's right, title and interest in the repurchased Contract without recourse, representation or warranty, except as to the absence of liens, charges or encumbrances created by or arising as a result of actions of the TrusteeTrustees.

Upon receipt by the Indenture Trustee for deposit in the Collection Account of the Repurchase Price as described in Section 8.06 SECTION 7.05 or Section 8.08SECTION 7.07, and upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing Officer in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT G, the Indenture Trustee shall release its lien on and the Owner Trustee shall assign to the Seller all of the TrustIssuer's right, title and interest in the repurchased Contract without recourse, representation or warranty, except as to the absence of liens, charges or encumbrances created by or arising as a result of actions of the Trustee.
