Common use of REASSIGNMENT OF ROOM Clause in Contracts

REASSIGNMENT OF ROOM. Framingham State reserves the right to reassign residents to another space or residence hall or assign another student to a vacant space in a room at any time during the occupancy for reasons deemed sufficient by the University. This Agreement will remain in effect and will apply to the resident’s occupancy of that other space. Students who reside in areas designated for persons with disabilities may be relocated when it is assigned to someone who requires the space to accommodate a disability.
