REASSIGNMENT WITHIN A SCHOOL DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR/REORGANIZATION WITHIN THE DISTRICT. Reassignment/reorganization is the moving of students and/or teachers to different teaching assignments or classrooms in response to changes in enrollment. To minimize disruption of the educational process, such reassignments/reorganization shall be made within the first grading period of each semester. Other school reorganization necessitated by emergencies may be made upon the recommendation of the Superintendent. The principal, the teachers affected and the majority representative shall be notified in writing at least one week prior to such reassignment/reorganization.
