Use of Recycled Products Consultant shall prepare and submit all reports, written studies and other printed material on recycled paper to the extent it is available at equal or less cost than virgin paper.

Other Products and Services As our customer, you have access to a suite of financial products and services availed by ourselves, our affiliates and strategic partners designed to help you address and achieve your financial needs and goals. Use of Products 3.28.1 In the performance of this contract, Consultant shall make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired (i) competitively within a timeframe providing for compliance with the contract performance schedule; (ii) meeting contract performance requirements; or (iii) at a reasonable price. 3.28.2 Consultant shall abide by the list of EPA-designated items available on EPA’s Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines web site: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/smm/comprehensive-procurement-guideline-cpg-program.
Licensed Products Lessee will obtain no title to Licensed Products which will at all times remain the property of the owner of the Licensed Products. A license from the owner may be required and it is Lessee's responsibility to obtain any required license before the use of the Licensed Products. Lessee agrees to treat the Licensed Products as confidential information of the owner, to observe all copyright restrictions, and not to reproduce or sell the Licensed Products.
Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date. In the event the additional equipment, supplies, services, or locations are not identical to the items(s) already under this Agreement, the charges therefor will then be Contractor’s normal and customary charges or rates for the equipment, supplies, services, or locations classified in the Fees and Costs (Exhibit “F”).
Additional Products Upon satisfying the minimum order requirements above, Enrolled Affiliate may order Additional Products.
Recycled Products The Contractor agrees to comply with all the requirements of Section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended (42 U.S.C. 6962), including but not limited to the regulatory provisions of 40 CFR Part 247, and Executive Order 12873, as they apply to the procurement of the items designated in Subpart B of 40 CFR Part 247. New Products You agree to comply with NASD Notice to Members 5-26 recommending best practices for reviewing new products.
Manufacture of Products All Products marketed through Grantor's Web ------------------------- Site shall be manufactured, packaged, prepared, and shipped in accordance with the specifications and requirements described on Exhibit A hereto as it may be modified from time to time. Quality control standards relating to the Product's weight, color, consistency, micro-biological content, labeling and packaging are also set forth on Exhibit A. In the event that Exhibit A is incomplete, Products shall be manufactured and shipped in accordance with industry standards.
