Rebate. The Parties agree that where the EI rebate is used to fund extended health care benefits, it is connected to the central issue of benefits, and is therefore status quo until August 31, 2022. This agreement is without prejudice to grievances outstanding, and local agreements in effect, as of the date of ratification of the central agreement.
