Common use of Rebate Clause in Contracts

Rebate. For payment of any Xxxx on or before Due Date, the following Rebate shall be paid by the Developer to ESCOM in the following manner. a) A Rebate of 2% shall be payable to the ESCOM for the payments made on the 5th Business Day of the Month. b) Any payments made beyond the 5th Business Day of the month upto the Due Date shall be allowed a rebate of 1%. c) Provided that, any payment made by ESCOM on date of presentation of Xxxx, a Rebate of 2% shall be payable, if xxxx is raised beyond 5th but by the 15th Business Day of the Month. d) For the above purpose, the date of presentation of xxxx shall be same day in case it is delivered on or before 12:00 noon, else it would be the next Business Day. e) No Rebate shall be payable on the Bills raised on account of Change in Law relating to taxes, duties and cess.

For payment of any Xxxx on or before within Due Date, the following Rebate shall be paid by the Developer NVVN to ESCOM the Discom in the following manner. a) A Rebate of 2% shall be payable to the ESCOM Discoms for the payments made on the 5th 1st Business Day of the Month. b) Any payments made beyond the 5th 1st Business Day of the month upto the Due Date shall be allowed a rebate of 1%. c) Provided that, any payment made by ESCOM Discom on date of presentation of Xxxx, Xxxx a Rebate of 2% shall be payable, if xxxx is raised beyond 5th but by the 15th 1st Business Day of the Month. d) For the above purpose, the date of presentation of xxxx shall be same day in case it is delivered on or before 12:00 noon, else it would be the next Business Day. e) No Rebate shall be payable on the Bills raised on account of Change in Law relating to taxes, duties and cesscess etc.

For payment of any Xxxx Bill on or before Due Date, the following Rebate shall be paid by the PHSP Developer to ESCOM in the following manner. a) A Rebate of 21.5% shall be payable to the ESCOM for the payments made on or before the 5th Business Day of the Month. b) Any payments made beyond the 5th Business Day of the month upto the Due Date shall be allowed a rebate of 1%. c) Provided that, any payment made by ESCOM on date of presentation of XxxxBill, a Rebate of 2% shall be payable, if xxxx bill is raised beyond 5th but by the 15th Business Day of the Month. d) For the above purpose, the date of presentation of xxxx bill shall be same day in case it is delivered on or before 12:00 noon, else it would be the next Business Day. e) No Rebate shall be payable on the Bills raised on account of Change in Law relating to taxes, duties and cess.
