Common use of Rebate Clause in Contracts

Rebate. For payment of any Xxxx on or before Due Date, the following Rebate shall be paid by the SPD to Buyer in the following manner. a) A Rebate of 2% shall be payable to the Buyer for the payments made within a period of 10 (ten) days of the presentation of hard copy of Xxxx along with required supporting documents at SECI office. b) Any payments made after ten (10) days of the date of presentation of hard copy of the Xxxx along with the required supporting documents at SECI office up to the Due Date shall be allowed a rebate of 1 %. c) For the above purpose, the date of presentation of Xxxx shall be the next Business Day of delivery of the physical copy of the Xxxx at SECI. . d) No Rebate shall be payable on the Bills raised on account of Change in Law relating to taxes, duties, cess etc. and on Supplementary Xxxx. For the above purpose date of presentation of xxxx shall be the same day of delivery in hard copy. However, for consideration of rebate, next business day shall be considered.

For the above purpose date of presentation of xxxx shall be the same day of delivery in hard copy. However, for consideration of rebate, next business day shall be considered.

For payment of any Xxxx on or before Due Datewithin due date, the following Rebate shall be paid by the SPD Seller to Buyer the Procurers in the following manner. a) A Rebate of 2% shall be payable to the Buyer UPPCL for the payments made within a period of 10 (ten) days of the presentation of hard copy of Xxxx xxxx along with required supporting documents at SECI officeUPPCL Office. b) Any payments made after ten (10) days of the date of presentation of hard copy of the Xxxx xxxx along with the required supporting documents at SECI UPPCL office up to the Due Date date shall be allowed a rebate of 1 1%. c) For the above purpose, purpose the date of presentation of Xxxx shall be the next Business Day business day of delivery of the physical copy of the Xxxx at SECI. .Xxxx d) No Rebate shall be payable on the Bills bills raised on account of Change change in Law law relating to taxes, duties, cess etc. and on Supplementary Xxxxsupplementary xxxx. For the above purpose date of presentation of xxxx shall be the same day of delivery in hard copy. However, for consideration of rebate, next business day shall be considered.
