REC Limited Sample Clauses

REC Limited as an alternative to submission of Performance Bank Guarantee by the SPD, issued in the form attached hereto as Schedule 2;

REC Limited as an alternative to submission of Performance Bank Guarantee by the WPD, issued in the form attached hereto as Schedule 2;

REC Limited as an alternative to submission of Performance Bank Guarantee by the GAP, issued in the form attached hereto as Schedule 2; "Payment Security Mechanism" shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Article 11.6 of this Agreement;
