Common use of Recall List Clause in Contracts

Recall List. Regular employees laid-off under this Article, who do not bump a more junior employee in accordance with Article 17.03, and who do not take severance pay in accordance with Article 17.06 shall be placed on the recall list in seniority order for a period not to exceed twelve (12) continuous months.

Recall List. Regular employees laid-laid off under this Article, who do and not bump bumping a more junior employee in accordance with Article 17.0315.03 (Bumping Rights), and who do not electing to take severance pay in accordance with Article 17.06 15.06 (Severance Pay), shall be placed on the recall list in seniority order for a period not to exceed twelve (12) continuous consecutive months. The Union shall be provided copies of all recall lists upon request.

Regular Permanent employees laid-laid off under this Article, who do and not bump bumping a more junior employee in accordance with Article 17.03Section 15:04, and who do not electing to take severance pay in accordance with Article 17.06 Section 15:07, shall be placed on the recall list in seniority order for a period not to exceed twelve (12) continuous consecutive months.
