Common use of Recall or Restoration Clause in Contracts

Recall or Restoration. An employee with seniority will be recalled or restored in order of their seniority. When such employee is restored to their seniority classification, the Company will return them to their former department and assignment where the opportunity to do so exists, provided that the employee has more seniority than any employee who might be replaced by the operation of this provision.
