Recall Systems Plan. The Contractor shall submit its plan for Enrollees recall systems for a missed services including well child visits, immunizations, ESPDT services, women’s healthcare, lead screening, PAP, Post Partum and missed appointments for chronic conditions and behavioral health follow-up for its approval.
