Common use of Recalls and Seizure Clause in Contracts

Recalls and Seizure. 9.7.1 Each Party shall keep the other Party promptly and fully informed of any notification or other information whether received directly or indirectly which might result in the Recall or Seizure of Paratek Product(s). If either Party determines that it is necessary to Recall any Paratek Product, it shall immediately notify the other Party and CIPAN will collaborate with Paratek in connection with any Recall or Seizure. In any such situation, Paratek shall have the right to make all final decisions regarding a Recall or Seizure of Paratek Products.
