Receipt and Delivery of Notices. (a) Forthwith upon the receipt by the Fiscal and Paying Agent of a demand or notice from any holder of a Note in accordance with the provisions hereof, the Fiscal and Paying Agent shall promptly forward a copy thereof to the Bank.
