Common use of Receipt and Delivery of Notices Clause in Contracts

Receipt and Delivery of Notices. (a) Forthwith upon the receipt by the Fiscal and Paying Agent of a demand or notice from any holder of a Note in accordance with the provisions hereof, the Fiscal and Paying Agent shall promptly forward a copy thereof to the Bank. (b) On behalf of and at the request and expense of the Bank, the Fiscal and Paying Agent shall cause to be delivered to the holders of the Notes all notices required to be given by the Bank to such holders in accordance with the provisions hereof.
