Common use of Receipt and Review of Plan and Prospectus Clause in Contracts

Receipt and Review of Plan and Prospectus. Grantee acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan, together with the Prospectus relating thereto and to the Common Stock. Grantee further acknowledges notice of the terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations contained in the Plan and acknowledges the restrictions set forth in this Agreement.
