Receipt and Use of Electricity. Lessee shall take delivery of all of the electric energy generated by the System during the Term. Lessee shall be responsible for delivering to the Utility any electric energy generated by the System that is in excess of Lessee’s electric requirements at the time of delivery. Lessee may purchase electric energy for the Facility from other sources if the Lessee's electric requirements at the Facility exceed the output of the System.
