Janitorial. Landlord shall furnish, without additional charge, janitorial services for general cleaning of the Premises. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts when selecting vendors to provide janitorial services in an effort to secure vendors with honest and efficient employees. Tenant agrees to report promptly to Landlord any neglect of duty or any incivility on the part of such vendors which in any way interferes with the full enjoyment of the Premises rented by the Tenant.
Janitorial. Normal and usual housekeeping before and after the event is included in the facility use fee. Additional janitorial workers may be required to clean up above or beyond the standard cleaning and during the event. Client will be notified before or within five (5) business days following the event, if such additional janitorial personnel are deemed necessary. Client is responsible for removal of all items (including decorations, paper products, literature and boxes). If the event requires janitorial services during the event, Client is responsible for the cost. Client is also responsible for:
Janitorial. Tenant shall be required to contract directly with Landlord’s designated janitorial services provider to perform janitorial services and other cleaning to the Premises, including interior window washing, in a manner and on a cleaning schedule consistent with Landlord’s janitorial specifications for the Building, and Tenant shall pay the cost of such contract directly to such janitorial services provider. Landlord shall have the right upon no less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to Tenant, from time to time, to change its designated janitorial services provider for the Building, in which event Tenant shall terminate its contract with Landlord’s previously designated janitorial services provider (so long as such termination will not require Tenant to incur any additional cost in excess of three percent (3%) of Tenant’s previous cost) and enter into a contract with Landlord’s newly designated janitorial services provider on terms which are reasonably acceptable to Tenant. Landlord shall have the right upon no less than five (5) business days’ prior written notice to Tenant to inspect the Premises (subject to the Landlord entry requirements set forth in Article 27, below) for purposes of confirming that Tenant is cleaning the Premises as required by this Section 6.1.4, and to require Tenant to provide additional cleaning, if reasonably necessary. In the event Tenant shall fail to provide any of the services described in this Section 6.1.4 within five (5) business days after notice from Landlord, which notice shall not be required in the event of an emergency, Landlord shall have the right to provide such services and any charge or cost reasonably incurred by Landlord in connection therewith shall be deemed Additional Rent due and payable by Tenant within thirty (30) days following receipt by Tenant of a written statement of cost from Landlord. Failure of Tenant to comply with any one or more of the foregoing provisions shall be deemed to be a default under this Lease. Landlord shall provide janitorial services to the Common Areas, which services shall include exterior window washing services in a manner consistent with other Comparable Buildings, the costs of which shall be included in Operating Expenses.
Janitorial. Janitor service five (5) days per week (except on dates of the observation of holidays); provided that if Subtenant’s use, floor covering or other improvements require special services in excess of the standard services for the Building, Subtenant shall pay the additional cost attributable to the special services;
Janitorial. Tenant shall be responsible for the cleanliness and general upkeep of the property, including care and upkeep of the floors, lawns, vegetation, walks, and any equipment installed on the premises, whether inside or out, for specific use by Tenant.
Janitorial. Provide janitorial service to the Premises on business days and other cleaning services as Landlord determines to be reasonably required. Tenant will pay Landlord the full cost attributable to any extraordinary janitorial or cleaning services which the Premises may require.
Janitorial. Provide to the Premises janitorial service in accordance with the schedule annexed hereto as Exhibit “F”; any and all additional or specialized janitorial service desired by Tenant shall be contracted for by Tenant directly with Landlord’s janitorial agent and the cost and payment thereof shall be and remain the sole responsibility of Tenant; no trash removal services will be provided by Landlord for the removal of trash or refuse of a character or quantity not customary for normal office users, unless Tenant shall first agree to the payment of Landlord’s cost thereof;
Janitorial. Landlord shall not provide janitorial services to the Leased Premises. Further, the Tenant shall not be provided any credit or monetary allowance as compensation for not receiving said janitorial services. Tenant shall, however, maintain the Premises in an acceptable condition at all times.
Janitorial. 29. To provide cleaning and janitorial services, including window cleaning to the demised premises and building to standards consistent with the maintenance of a comparable building in the City of Calgary and to keep the entrance ways, stairways, corridors, leading to or giving access to the demised premises and the washroom facilities in the building a clean and wholesome condition, the costs of which are an operating cost pursuant to Paragraph 11 hereof.
Janitorial. Lessee shall provide full janitorial service to the Premises not less than weekly, shall maintain the Premises in a clean condition, at Lessee’s expense. Persons and entities providing janitorial service to the Premises are subject to approval of the DISTRICT, and security and other requirements (as established from time to time by the DISTRICT), which security requirements shall or may include background checks and badging.
