If Business Associate is served with subpoena requiring the production of DMS/DSGI records or information, Business Associate shall immediately contact the Department of Management Services, Office of the General Counsel, (000) 000-0000. A subpoena is an official summons issued by a court or an administrative tribunal, which requires the recipient to do one or more of the following: 1. Appear at a deposition to give sworn testimony, and may also require that certain records be brought to be examined as evidence. 2.
