Common use of Receipt of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Agreement. Each Dealer acknowledges that it has received a true and complete copy of this Agreement. Each Dealer has read and understands this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Agent and each Lender may rely on any facsimile copy, electronic data transmission, or electronic data storage of: this Agreement, any Transaction Statement, billing statement, financing statement, authorization to pre-file financing statements, invoice from a Vendor, financial statements or other reports, which will be deemed an original, and the best evidence thereof for all purposes.
