Receipt of Escrow Deposit. The Escrow Agent hereby acknowledges receipt of the Escrowed Shares from Parent. Parent acknowledges that the Escrowed Shares have been registered in the name of the Escrow Agent.
Receipt of Escrow Deposit. By the execution hereof, Escrow Agent hereby acknowledges receipt of the Escrow Deposit and agrees to hold and disburse the same in accordance with the instructions set forth in this Agreement.
Receipt of Escrow Deposit. Pursuant to Section 2.05 of the Purchase Agreement, at the Closing Purchaser shall deliver to the Escrow Agent by wire transfer of immediately available funds an aggregate sum of $81,970 (the “Escrow Amount”). The Escrow Account shall be maintained by the Escrow Agent as part of a single investment account. The Escrow Agent shall not distribute or release all or any portion of the Escrow Account, except in accordance with the express terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Receipt of Escrow Deposit. By its signature below, Escrow Agent acknowledges receipt of THREE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,700,000) (the "Escrow Deposit") from Purchaser.
Receipt of Escrow Deposit. The Escrow Agent hereby acknowledges the ------------------------- receipt from Unigene of forty (40) unlegended stock certificates evidencing in the aggregate 2,000,000 Escrowed Shares (50,000 shares each) registered in the name of "The Tail Wind Fund, Ltd." The Escrow Agent agrees to hold and disburse the Escrowed Shares only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Receipt of Escrow Deposit. By its signature below, Escrow Agent acknowledges receipt of Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) (the "Escrow Deposit") from the Purchaser.
Receipt of Escrow Deposit. By its signature below, Escrow Agent acknowledges receipt of funds from Buyer in the amount of EIGHY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($80,000.00)(the "Escrow Deposit"). Escrow Agent agrees to hold and to disburse the Escrow Deposit only in accordance with this Agreement.
Receipt of Escrow Deposit. On such day as determined to the mutual satisfaction of the parties (the “Commencement Date”), Lessor shall deposit with the Escrow Agent cash in the amount of $1,238,897.62 to be held by the Escrow Agent on the express terms and conditions set forth herein. The Escrow Agent agrees to accept the deposit of the Escrow Deposit by Xxxxxx, and further agrees to hold the amount so deposited together with all interest and other additions received with respect thereto in escrow on the express terms and conditions set forth herein.
