Common use of Receipt of Information Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Information. The Purchaser has had an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the Company regarding the terms and conditions of the issuance and sale of the Purchased Shares and the business, properties, prospects and financial condition of the Company and to obtain any additional information requested and has received and considered all information it deems relevant to make an informed decision to purchase the Purchased Shares.

Receipt of Information. The Such Purchaser has had been furnished access to the business records of the Company and such additional information and documents as such Purchaser has requested and has been afforded an opportunity to ask questions of and receive answers from representatives of the Company regarding concerning the terms and conditions condition of this Agreement, the purchase of the issuance Preferred Shares, the prospective operations, market potential, capitalization, financial conditions, and sale prospects of the Purchased Shares business to be conducted by the Company, and the business, properties, prospects and financial condition of the Company and to obtain any additional information requested and has received and considered all information it deems other matters deemed relevant to make an informed decision to purchase the Purchased Sharesby such Purchaser.
