Common use of Receipt; Reliance Clause in Contracts

Receipt; Reliance. Shareholder has received and reviewed a copy of the Merger Agreement. Shareholder understands and acknowledges that Huya, Tencent and Merger Sub are entering into the Merger Agreement in reliance upon Shareholder’s execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement.
