RECEIPT TIME. (1) The time of receipt refers to the time from when Party B receives the order from Party A’s customer to the time when the delivery receipt is returned to Party A’s finances. Party B is required to hand over the receipt and other relevant documents to the person designated by Party A in a timely manner, and go through the receipt handover procedures. (2) Party B is obliged to assist in the formalities if the delivery driver of Party B loses the receipt and other relevant documents for whatever reason, but all economic losses caused thereby shall be borne by Party B and compensate XXX 000 per copy.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • Part-Time A part-time employee is an employee who regularly works less than forty (40) hours per week. The Agency shall not use part-time employees to avoid full-time benefits.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Regular Part-Time A regular part-time employee is someone who has a regular schedule of work providing less than seventy (70) hours bi-weekly.

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.

  • Travel Time Leave provided in paragraphs A and B of this Article shall apply to and cover actual and necessary travel to and from such meetings required during normal working hours on the day of the meeting or negotiations, except that MSEA-SEIU bargaining team members traveling 100 miles or more to negotiations shall be entitled to travel time outside of days of negotiations.

  • Wash-Up Time 37.01 Where the Employer determines there is a clear-cut need, wash-up time, to a maximum of ten (10) minutes immediately before the end of a work period, will be permitted.

  • Allocation of Time and Energies The Consultant hereby promises to perform and discharge faithfully the responsibilities which may be assigned to the Consultant from time to time by the officers and duly authorized representatives of the Company in connection with the conduct of its financial and public relations and communications activities, so long as such activities are in compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations. Consultant and staff shall diligently and thoroughly provide the consulting services required hereunder. Although no specific hours-per-day requirement will be required, Consultant and the Company agree that Consultant will perform the duties set forth herein above in a diligent and professional manner. It is explicitly understood that neither the price of the Company's common stock, nor the trading volume of the Company's common stock hereunder measure Consultant's performance of its duties. It is also understood that the Company is entering into this Agreement with Consultant, a corporation and not any individual member or employee thereof, and, as such, Consultant will not be deemed to have breached this Agreement if any member, officer or director of the Consultant leaves the firm or dies or becomes physically unable to perform any meaningful activities during the term of the Agreement, provided the Consultant otherwise performs its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Devotion of Time The Directors shall not be obligated and shall not be expected to devote all of their time or business efforts to the affairs of the Company (except, to the extent appropriate, in their capacity as employees of the Company).

  • Central Time After all Parties have been notified, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 2.1 shall apply.”
