Receipt of Goods. The goods shall be deemed received by Buyer when delivered to Buyer at City of Naples, 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000. Delivery of the goods to Buyer shall occur on a business day and shall not occur after 3:15 p.m. on the delivery day.
Receipt of Goods. Receipt of Goods. Upon delivery of the Pixellot Systems, School will inspect all packages for damage caused by a third-party shipper (e.g. UPS) to all boxes, equipment, and components. School agrees to store all packages in a secure environment prior to the arrival of the PlayOn installer.
Receipt of Goods. The Purchasing Entity’s receipt of Deliverables upon delivery is for the sole purpose of identification and acceptance of delivery. Such identification shall not be construed as Acceptance of the Deliverables if they do not conform to Specifications. If there are any apparent defects in the Deliverables at the time of delivery, the Purchasing Entity shall promptly notify the Contractor of its rejection of said Deliverables. Without limiting any other rights, the Purchasing Entity warranty includes, at Contractor’s option, to:
a. Repair or replace any or all of the defective and rejected Deliverables at Contractor's expense,
b. Refund the price of any or all of the defective and rejected Deliverables, and
c. Accept the return of any or all of the defective and rejected Deliverables. If rejected, the Goods shall remain the property of the Contractor.

Receipt of Goods. 8.1 In the event delivered Goods (a) do not have the correct part numbers, as identified in the relevant purchase order or otherwise agreed to between the parties; (b) have been damaged prior to arrival at Buyer’s place of business; or (c) otherwise are clearly defective with respect to the requirements set out in the Specification or otherwise separately agreed, Buyer may reject the Goods and return the Goods in accordance with Seller’s established Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) process. In such case the Goods shall be considered not delivered. Buyer may also choose to cancel the Contract concerned or part thereof. Notice of rejection must be provided to Seller within [*] of delivery.
8.2 Seller shall, if requested by Buyer, reimburse [*] made by Buyer for Goods returned to Seller within [*] from the date that Seller received the returned Goods.
8.3 Goods returned under this Article 8 will be delivered to Seller at Seller’s expense and risk. If Buyer has requested replacement Goods, the replacement Goods shall be delivered to Buyer at Seller’s expense and risk.
Receipt of Goods. AGS shall not be liable for Goods received without receipts, freight bills, or specified piece count on receipts or freight bills, or for bulk shipments (i.e., UPS, air freight, or van lines). Such Goods shall be delivered to booth without the guarantee of piece count or condition.
