Common use of Receipts to Current Parties Clause in Contracts

Receipts to Current Parties. Upon any sale, calling in, collection, enforcement or other realisation of the Current Issuer Charged Property in accordance with the terms hereof and upon any other dealing or transaction under or pursuant to this Current Issuer Deed of Charge, the receipt of the Note Trustee or any Receiver shall be an absolute and a conclusive discharge to a purchaser or other person dealing with the Note Trustee or such Receiver and shall relieve it of any obligation to see to the application of any monies paid to or by the direction of the Note Trustee or such Receiver.
