According to the Servicer’s Receivables system, the Receivable shall not have been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded, nor shall the Financed Vehicle have been released in whole or in part from the lien granted by the related Receivable on the Cutoff Date. Review Materials: (a) Receivable Files (b) Title documents (c) Servicer’s Records/Data file Tests: (a) Confirm that there is no indication in the Servicer’s Records or Receivable Files that the Receivable was subordinated or rescinded.
