Common use of RECEIVER'S LIABILITY Clause in Contracts

RECEIVER'S LIABILITY. All the provisions of Clause 14.2 (Security Trustee's Liability) shall apply, MUTATIS MUTANDIS, in respect of the liability of any Receiver or Delegate or any officer, employee or agent of the Security Trustee, any Receiver or any Delegate.
